    Don’t miss this training opportunity to learn new strategies for improving the transit experience for passengers with disabilities, to develop an action plan to expand on existing programs for orienting and assisting persons with disabilities, and strategies to enhance fixed-route service for the persons with disabilities. The program will include:
    1. Understanding and Identifying to passengers with disabilities;
    2. Rights and responsibilities of transit systems/passengers under the ADA;
    3. Strategies for orienting new customers in transit, employment housing, healthcare, other and assisting those who currently use public services eg transit and paratransit;
    4. Ample opportunities for discussion and sharing of ideas and strategies.
    All transit operators, supervisors, and administrators concerned with excellence in customer service for disabled passengers should plan to attend.
    Registration Fee: $85 (subject to change) or ask about group rates per person; materials includes lunch and refreshment break. If you require any accommodations let us know via email. NOTE: Pre-registration - Required Late registration is a 25 FEE

    1. PRE Registration and payments are due no later then seven (7) days before the desired training date.
    2. Registration and payment for the desired training date(s) received after the deadline results in an additional $25 late fee.
    3. If you choose not to attend after the payment and registration deadline there will be no refund as preparations for your attendance will have already been made.
    4. If your registration and payment is received by the deadline but after the class is full, you have the option of attending the training on a different date, or to receive a full refund.
    5. If a training date is full and your payment, you have the option to receive a full refund or to attend a different training date.
    6. You will receive an email or phone call if a training date needs to be changed due to such issues as inclement weather or class size/structure. In this case, the registration and payment will transfer, if so desired and at no cost to you. Do not plan attend a class until confirmations are received, THANKS!!
